Ontvang je pakketten zonder thuis te zijn
Werk, vakantie of even een middag weg: de bezorger klapt de klep open, legt het pakket erin en sluit hem weer. Geen rondje langs het afhaalpunt, geen zoektocht naar de buurvrouw die niet thuis is, geen nieuwe bezorgpoging morgen. Elke pakketdienst kan ermee overweg, want er is geen app, code of instructie nodig. Gewoon openen, erin, klaar.

Ruimte voor het formaat dat je écht bestelt
Een boek, een paar schoenen, een setje kleding of een doos vitamines: alles tot 39 x 30 x 13 cm gaat erdoorheen. Dat is een stuk ruimer dan een gewone brievenbus, waar een brievenbuspakje al net niet past.

Wat erin gaat, blijft erin

Bestand tegen regen, vorst en felle zon
Gegalvaniseerd staal met een poedercoating erop: die combinatie roest niet en verkleurt niet in de zon. Je pakketten blijven droog tijdens een stortbui en de antraciete afwerking blijft egaal, ook na een paar winters buiten. Onderhoud is een doekje over de voorkant als er regenstrepen op staan. Verder heb je er geen omkijken naar.

Ophangen of neerzetten, jij kiest
Aan de muur schroef je hem vast met de vier meegeleverde schroeven en pluggen. De afdichtende schuimmat gaat ertussen en houdt tocht en vocht buiten. Liever niet boren? Zet hem los neer naast je voordeur, in de portiek of tegen de schuur. Met 44 cm breed en 22 cm diep staat hij nergens in de weg, ook zonder voortuin.

Naturally, it is also possible to order directly via the website.

Intra-community delivery / ICL
For business customers outside the Netherlands who wish to place an order, it is possible for us to reverse the VAT (intra-community delivery / ICL). If you wish to make use of this, please contact our business customer service via email at zakelijk@avalo.nl or via our contact form. This is only possible before the order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot retroactively convert it to an ICL transaction.

Reflection period/returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After you have registered your return with us, you then have 14 days to actually return it. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@avalo.nl or via our contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returned.

You can send the shipment back to the address below. You can download the model withdrawal form here. However, it is important that you contact us in advance using one of the options above so that the return can be registered. If the return is not registered with us, we cannot process it.
