Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery & Payment

Payment methods
Pay securely and quickly online with iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna (pay later), PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bank Transfer. On your statement, you may see our name "Avalo," our company name "SBD Trading B.V.," or the name of our payment processor "Shopify Payments / SP."

All our prices include VAT. VAT is charged based on the applicable rate in the country of shipment.

Business orders
Contact our business customer service for a customized quote. You will get help fastest via email. Email the desired products, quantities, and contact details to zakelijk@avalo.nl, and we will send you a customized quote as soon as possible. Of course, it is also possible to order directly via the website.

Intra-community delivery / ICL
For business customers outside the Netherlands who wish to place an order, it is possible for us to reverse the VAT (intra-community delivery / ICL). If you wish to make use of this, please contact our business customer service via email at zakelijk@avalo.nl or via our contact form. This is only possible before the order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot retroactively apply ICL.

Return

Returns
You have 30 days after receipt to return an order without providing a reason. After notification, you have another 14 days to actually ship the package. Please contact us in advance via info@avalo.nl or our contact form to register the return - we cannot process it without registration.

Send the product back in its original condition and packaging to:
SBD Trading B.V., Van der Landeweg 7, 7418HG Deventer

You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. The return shipping costs (approx. €6.95) are at your own expense. Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

Withdrawal form

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. Please contact us at info@avalo.nl. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Provided an incorrect delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to amend the order.

Warranty & Repair

Standard warranty
You receive at least a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects for most products. Your product should not break within the first year of normal use. After inspection, it will be determined whether your product can be repaired. If this is not the case, a new unit will be provided.

User damage excluded
If the product no longer functions correctly due to the way you have used it, it is excluded from the warranty. An example of this is if you have dropped the product in water while it is not waterproof.

Repair costs
If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the repair is of course free of charge. A manufacturing defect means your product breaks during normal use while you were not doing anything unusual. Only the shipping costs to us are at your own expense.

Registering a repair
To make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty, you can contact us via info@avalo.nl or via our contact form
